How it runs at your event
What happens on the floor
We scope the agenda, rooms and platform with you, test the venue network, and plan camera and audio positions with facilities. On show day the crew runs the stream from setup to strike and monitors it start to finish.
Backup internet is included from the Town Hall package up, so a venue Wi-Fi failure does not take the stream down. The HD recording is delivered the same day or within 48 hours, depending on the package.
